Swimming ability
Swimming skill lessons at the Hoornse Vaart swimming pool in Alkmaar are intended for children who have already obtained their C certificate and want to continue swimming. Obtaining the swimming skill certificates offers children the opportunity to learn even more swimming skills and further improve their swimming techniques.
Swimming ability 1, 2 and 3
Children can continue with swimming proficiency 1, 2 and 3 after obtaining their C certificate. Here they will learn, among other things, the butterfly stroke, water ball handling and a somersault underwater. The lessons last 45 minutes each. To be able to take part in the swimming proficiency lessons, children must be in possession of their C certificate.
Achieving the swimming proficiency certificates is not only fun and challenging, but also important for your child's swimming safety.
