Personal attention

Private swimming lessons are the perfect solution for children who benefit from individual attention. In these lessons, a maximum of two children are taught at the same time, which means that the child can learn to swim together with a peer. The advantage of this is that children can identify with their swimming buddy and stimulate each other to perform better. In addition, this form of swimming lesson ensures more personal attention from the swimming instructor, allowing the child to make faster progress.

Our swimming instructors are experienced professionals who are happy to help your child become familiar with the water and master the basic skills of swimming. We provide a safe and pleasant learning environment in which your child will feel at ease and learn to swim with enjoyment.

Register for private swimming lessons

The private swimming lessons last half an hour and must be purchased per 4 lessons. The package of 4 lessons costs €115. It is important to know that cancelling a lesson is possible up to 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the lesson will still be charged.

Does your child already have regular swimming lessons at the Hoornse Vaart swimming pool? Then, in addition to these lessons, he or she can also take private swimming lessons or switch to private swimming lessons. Even if your child is not yet taking swimming lessons, he or she can register for private swimming lessons. The one-off registration fee is €7.50. You can register via the online Alkmaar Sport area or via the reception of the Hoornse Vaart sports complex.
