The wave pool at the Hoornse Vaart swimming pool in Alkmaar is a fantastic attraction for young and old alike. In this pool, you can enjoy simulated high waves. In addition, you can let off steam around the pool with various interactive games such as the Aquasmash and the Bucket Game.
High waves every half hour
We turn on the waves every half an hour during opening hours. This ensures a unique experience that you will not quickly forget. Next to the Wave Pool are the interactive slide and the Bucketgame. The slide features the interactive game Aquasmash, where you can earn points by shooting at targets. The Bucketgame is a game for young and old alike, in which light, speed and water play an important role.
Sizzling disco
Once a month we decorate the wave pool with a theme and we dance, splash and swim during the disco swimmingThis is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy yourself together with friends and family.
