Holiday lessons for shallow levels
During the first and last week of the summer holidays, the Hoornse Vaart swimming pool is once again offering holiday lessons for children in the shallow levels. During these lessons, children practice specifically on one element that they still find difficult. This way, your child receives extra attention where it is needed.
New this year
This year the holiday lessons are organised a little differently. We are working with smaller groups so that there is more personal attention. The lessons last 30 minutes and focus on one specific component per lesson.
Who are these lessons for?
The holiday lessons are intended for children who are taking swimming lessons in the shallow levels. You can register your child for the part that he or she still finds difficult.
You can find which parts need extra attention in the scorecard or the swimming app. This way, you can choose the lesson that best suits your child's progress yourself.
When are the holiday lessons?
The holiday classes are held in:
- The first week of the summer holidays (Monday 6 July to Sunday 12 July)
- The last week of the summer holidays (Monday 10th August to Sunday 16th August)

You can easily register your child via the ticket page. Choose the subject that your child wants to practise a bit more and reserve a place straight away.

- Cost orange/pool 2, blue/pool 3 and green/pool 4: £7.95 per lesson
