At the Hoornse Vaart swimming pool in Alkmaar, we organise a unique children's party for mermaids! This mermaid party is suitable for children aged 7 and over who have both their A and B swimming certificates. Children over 10 years old only need an A certificate. During the programme, the children get a taste of the basic principles of the mermaid swimming and various games and activities are played. Afterwards, the birthday child receives a surprise. Before and/or after the mermaid programme, there is plenty of time to enjoy free swimming together.
Original children's party
The mermaid party is a fantastic way to celebrate your child's birthday in an original way. During the party, the children go into the water as real mermaids and can enjoy various games and activities. The animation team provides professional guidance throughout the programme and ensures that the children have an unforgettable day.
A minimum of 6 mermaids must take part in the party. Mermaid parties can only be held on Saturdays from 12.45 to 13.30 and from 13.45 to 14.30.

- Cost: €13.15 per person. This excludes the snack package (€7.50 p.p.)
- Support workers: you only pay the swimming pool admission fee, which is €6.10 per supervisor.
- Participants: at least 6 children.
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Requirements: at least an A-certificate
