For the month of March, we have planned something very special, an experience that will take your swimming technique to the next level.

Free Tech Pit Stop by former Olympian

Up Saturday 23 March can Sports Discount Subscription Holders take part for free between 13:00 and 16:00 in an exclusive Technique Pit Stop. Olympic elite swimmer Bas van Velthoven from Personal Swimming will share his expertise and offer swimmers the opportunity to have their technique assessed and areas for improvement pointed out through video footage.

The Tech Pit Lane is a concept by Personal Swimming. Two lanes in the 25-metre pool are reserved as a pit lane. Here, as a swimmer, you can swim through, to receive a number of focus and improvement points at the end of the lane by means of video footage. You can then apply these yourself and potentially swim through the pit lane again later. The great thing is that you receive a number of tips and focus points in a short amount of time, which you can then work on yourself. In addition, this is also a perfect moment to ask all your questions about the various swimming techniques.
