Free sports fun during fundraising day at Hoornse Vaart swimming pool and Outdoorpark Alkmaar
Published on: 23 May 2024Alkmaar Sport is 10 years old and we are celebrating in style on Sunday 16 June with a spectacular fundraising day! Hoornse Vaart Sports Complex en Outdoorpark Alkmaar open their doors from 13:00 to 16:00 for a day full of free sports fun. It is going to be an unforgettable day, packed with opportunities to take part in free clinics, take a dip in the wave pool, the outdoor pool and the teaching pool, brave challenging obstacles in the outdoor park, or let loose on the inflatable bouncy castles and assault courses. In short, a day you do not want to miss!
For a donation of your choice and for all ages
Immerse yourself in a range of activities at our stunning sports venues. From adventurous climbing and scrambling over the newest obstacles at Outdoorpark Alkmaar to taking part in sporting clinics such as synchronised swimming, water polo, diving, Parent and child swimming, table tennis, gymnastics, FloatFit, Aquakickboxing, Aquajump, Swim & Fun, judo, fencing, dragon boat racing and salsa dancing. Various clinics for all ages are provided by local sports and physical activity providers and clubs from Alkmaar. It promises to be a day full of fun and movement, where children, adults and seniors alike can fully enjoy themselves. To top it all off, we are offering free recreational swimming in the wave pool, outdoor pool and instruction pool at the Hoornse Vaart swimming pool. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy a relaxing day in the water with friends and family.

During this festive day, we also have a noble goal in mind. We are calling on our visitors to make a voluntary donation to the Children's Ward of Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep. A small contribution in return for a day full of fun that is completely free of charge is greatly appreciated.
