Due to the annual swimming tests and emergency response (BHV) and first aid (EHBO) training, the Hoornse Vaart swimming pool will be closed on Monday 17 August. We will reopen on Tuesday 18 August according to our normal opening hours.
Water festival
Bij zwembad Hoornse Vaart in Alkmaar maken we van leren zwemmen een feest! Met onze Waterfestijn zwemlessen bieden we de ideale start voor kinderen die hun A-, B- en C-diploma willen halen. Alkmaar Sport verzorgt zes dagen per week zwemlessen, zodat er altijd een geschikt moment is om te beginnen.
Wat is Waterfestijn?
De Waterfestijn lessen zijn speciaal ontwikkeld als eerste stap in het diplomazwemmen. Tijdens deze speelse en veilige lessen wordt je kind watervrij gemaakt. Dit betekent dat ze vertrouwd raken met het water en leren om zonder angst te bewegen. Spelenderwijs leren kinderen belangrijke basisvaardigheden die hen voorbereiden op de volgende stap: de A-diploma zwemlessen. De Waterfestijn lessen worden gegeven op meerdere dagen per week, waardoor je flexibel kunt kiezen wat het beste past in je agenda.
Waarom kiezen voor Waterfestijn?
- Spelenderwijs leren: kinderen ontdekken het water op een leuke en ontspannen manier.
- Kleine stapjes: we werken in fases, zodat elk kind in zijn eigen tempo kan wennen aan het water.
- Gekwalificeerde instructeurs: onze ervaren en enthousiaste instructeurs zorgen voor een veilige en plezierige leeromgeving.
Overige kosten
- Online inschrijven kost € 7,50. Inschrijven bij de kassa kost € 15,-.
- Wanneer een kind start met ABC zwemles, start hij of zij altijd eerst met Waterfestijn lessen. Deze lessen kosten € 7,45 per les.
- Zodra de kinderen hun eerste les krijgen, ontvangen ze bij de balie een SportPas waarmee ze naar binnen kunnen. Op de SportPas wordt het zwemlesabonnement vermeld. Je betaalt eenmalig € 6,- voor deze pas.
