Due to the annual swimming tests and emergency response (BHV) and first aid (EHBO) training, the Hoornse Vaart swimming pool will be closed on Monday 17 August. We will reopen on Tuesday 18 August according to our normal opening hours.

Bij zwembad Hoornse Vaart en zwembad De Hout maken wij gebruik van een modern Leerlingvolgsysteem, waarmee ouders nauwlettend de zwemvorderingen van hun kinderen kunnen volgen. Dit systeem biedt een waardevolle tool om betrokken te blijven bij het leerproces van je kind.
Bekijk de voortgang
Het Leerlingvolgsysteem is opgebouwd uit drie overzichtelijke icoontjes die de voortgang van je kind weergeven. Het eerste icoontje, in fel oranje, geeft aan dat je kind een specifieke oefening nog niet volledig beheerst. Het tweede icoontje, een grijze smiley met een gesloten mondje, betekent dat er vooruitgang is geboekt, maar dat er nog wat extra oefening nodig is voordat de vaardigheid volledig onder de knie is. Tot slot, de gele smiley met een lachende, open mond, toont aan dat je kind de betreffende oefening volledig beheerst.
Positieve zwemervaring
Wij willen benadrukken dat kinderen niet wekelijks nieuwe vaardigheden leren, daarom wordt het systeem niet wekelijks bijgewerkt. Je kunt het Leerlingvolgsysteem gemakkelijk openen via de basisscherm van onze swimming app en ook via de online omgeving van Alkmaar Sport.
Dit systeem stelt ouders in staat om de ontwikkeling van hun kinderen op de voet te volgen en geeft hen gemoedsrust, wetende dat er een gestructureerde aanpak is om zwemvaardigheden te verwerven. We zijn trots op de transparantie en het gemak dat ons Leerlingvolgsysteem biedt, en we zijn ervan overtuigd dat het bijdraagt aan een positieve zwemervaring voor zowel ouders als kinderen.
